Cabins on the Lake Guidelines

We know everyone loves their pets but unfortunately, we do not allow them. 

If you would like all the reasons why, please ask.

It is against the law in the state of Wisconsin to smoke in rooms.  

Several smoking receptacles are located outside the rooms.

If you do smoke in rooms, you will be charged $250 for a cleaning fee.

Check in time is NOT before 2:30 unless arrangements have been made.

Check out time is 10:30am to allow enough time to clean rooms before the next guests arrive.

You must give 48 hours notice to cancel your reservation to allow us time to re-book the room.  If we are not notified, you will be charged for 2 nights which equals the 48 hour notice.

PLEASE NOTE; 

You will be charged in advance for holidays.  If you cancel, you will not be refunded

As inviting as it may look, we are not liable for any incidences that may occur.

There is a public beach a short walking distance from the end of our property for your enjoyment.

PLEASE BRING A BEACH TOWEL 

When you book a room, you will need a charge card to hold the room (NOT a debit card).

Charges will not be made unless you want us to upon your arrival.

Please note; by using your charge card, you will be charged an additional 3.5% to cover the charge card fees

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, there is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends during the summer months.

This is our home that we are sharing with you to enjoy during your visit to the Adams Friendship  area.

Without giving a list of rules, we want you to have fun without being disrespectful to our rooms, property and other guests staying with us.

If you are asked to leave, you will not receive a refund.
